La geometria di taglio e il rivestimento di questi strumenti sono stati studiati in modo specifico per la lavorazione del titanio e con l\u2019ausilio del refrigerante Metall Coolant 014 \u00e8 possibile ottenere risultati di fresatura estremamente precisi. Superfici fresate di elevato pregio qualitativo, senza decolorazioni, anche per restauri a supporto implantare, sovracostruzioni, Pre-face e abutment individuali costituiscono il campo d\u2019applicazione principale della TURQUOISE LINE. Lo speciale rivestimento \u00e8 stato ideato appositamente per la lavorazione a umido del titanio puro e delle leghe di titanio e oltre a garantire una lunga durata dello strumento permette di realizzare anche lavorazioni precise, rispettando le caratteristiche del titanio.<\/p>

La particolare geometria di taglio e l\u2019angolo d\u2019inclinazione dei taglienti sono contemplati sia nel software di controllo, sia nel software CAM, permettendo di ottenere il risultato desiderato.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Gli strumenti di fresatura utilizzati per il titanio non possono pi\u00f9 essere utilizzati per il CoCR. Per le propriet\u00e0 e le caratteristiche del titanio puro e delle leghe di titanio, la tipologia di taglio degli utensili cambia rispetto a quella per altri metalli.
